Leather/Vinyl/Plastic Super Hi-Tac Adhesion Promoter and Primer Size:8oz Can be used on LeatherTacky Adhesion Primer for Leather and Vinyl. Works great over body oils. If you want to use our dye on any hard plastics, you'll need to apply this product first! It is recommended to also get Super Crosslinker Binder to use as an additive with the primer for the most durable adhesion with all plastic types.
